Hello!

It’s a glorious day in Brighton and my dear chum Jordon is sleeping in our spare room (or, Spare Oom) and I am waiting for my hair-dye to take in preparation for the festivities of the weekend.  It would not do to have roots on such a weekend, oh no.  For there shall be cakes, and crisps, and sausage rolls and jam sandwiches and fairy cakes and lashings of ginger beer at the First Ever Teddy Bear’s Picnic in the Park Crescent tomorrow at 3pm, followed by much debauchery in the dirty, dirty club that is Revenge in the evening, til the small hours of Sunday.  Why?

Because I am celebrating my birthday, that is why. 

And, as I am the Slytherin Head Girl and therefore QUEEN of all things Slytherin, I am having TWO birthdays.  One on Saturday and my real one on Tuesday the 10th.

Hurrah!

My dears,  today, the 4th of April, is a great day.

Nay, today is a most SPLENDID and GLORIOUS of days.  And why, I hear you ask?  Tell us, oh Slytherin Head Girl, why do make such outlandish claims?  I shall tell you.

Is it because it is sunny outside?  No.

Perhaps that the week is already more than half-way through?  No.

Or that I may be meeting Mr Hoverfrog for drinks later?  No.
