Hello to the boys and babydolls from facebook
“Students, please come in quietly and take your places at your usual desks. Mistress SHG with be with you shortly, but first, a few short notices while Mr Malfoy takes the register.
Firstly, Mistress SHG would like to thank everyone who chose to comment on her last entry – those who sent warm wishes and hugs, right through to people who maybe didn’t chose their words too wisely. She knows she is loved, and is certainly not offended by anyone’s comments on her posts. She would like to extend to Mas the hand of blog-friendship, for being honest, and to everyone else, much love and gratitude. There will be an update on that current situation very shortly.
Secondly, anyone caught NOT playing hide and seek in the castle after dark will be in serious trouble.
Now, please settle down, as your teacher has arrived.”
*pause*
Good evening class. It has twice been suggested in the last few days that I am ATTENTION-SEEKING. I will now be explaining what to seek attention actually means in the context of my weblog, for the benefit of my most ardent fan, or possibly fans.
OK – so if I was truly attention seeking in the way you seem to think I am, I would post pictures like this one:

Yes, that would truly be attention-seeking. I look hot though, don’t I?
OF COURSE I’M FUCKING ATTENTION SEEKING YOU DUMB ASS. I have a weblog, which I pay for, I am loud, honest, witty and generally a very nice person. I seek attention, because I like to interact with people. In posting on this weblog, I am simply sharing my thoughts and feelings with whoever choses to read them. That’s why my posts aren’t protected – they are always marked “comments allowed for all internet users”
Thing is though, I don’t need to post pics like the above to get people to read my blog, obviously. In fact, I don’t need to do anything particularly spectacular to get the people that matter, whether I know it or not at that point, to pay attention to me. I am drawn to brave, fierce, strong, intelligent, beautiful individuals of either sex, any age and any race/religion/sexuality that you can think of – and they to me.
Twice I have received comments on me being attention-seeking in my posts. You think my scars were for attention? Yes, right. That is why they went so well hidden for so many years and are all on the upper part of my arm. And you can’t even see them in the photos you made reference to, so quite what that comment was all about, I am not sure. You really, really need to stop with this strange behaviour and just be open about what you think – and be brave enough to state your name at the door when you come barging in here leaving your illiterate comments on my web space. Do you actually think that Sam will appreciate being “defended” by someone as clueless as you? Please. Don’t flatter yourself.
You have my pity, and I obviously have your attention
…and I mean to stay
